Cy Anderson, M.D.

Cy Anderson, M.D., a native of Washington, D.C., received his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and an MD-PhD degree from the Medical College of Virginia. Graduate research included work on an implantable glucose biosensor for diabetics, molecular modeling in the development of peptide analogue drug compounds, a clinical trial using Xenon CT to evaluate post stroke cerebral perfusion and real time MR imaging in a stroke model. He completed an internal medicine residency before completing a diagnostic radiology residency, both at the western campus of Tufts Medical Center. Dr. Anderson has interests in Virtual Colonoscopy and Coronary CTA. He and his wife Mariquita are proud parents of two sons, Oscar and Andy. Dr. Anderson is certified by the American Board of Radiology.
