Directions:

From I-75, take Exit 116 and go West.  After approximately 2.4 miles, Healthcare Center of Bonita Springs will be at the intersection of Wisconsin and Bonita Beach Road on the right.

From US 41, take Bonita Beach Road and go east.  After approximately 1 mile, Health Care Center of Bonita Springs will be at the intersection of Wisconsin and Bonita Beach Road on the left.
